Characters	This product is white or white-like powder.
Pharmacological actions	Sulfadiazine antimicrobials. Sulfadiazine inhibits the synthesis of dihydrofolate by competing with p-aminobenzoic acid for the enzyme dihydrofolate synthase, resulting in bacterial inhibition. Methoxybenzidine is an antibacterial potentiator, through the inhibition of dihydrofolate reductase, so that dihydrofolate can not be reduced to tetrahydrofolate, hindering the sensitive bacterial folic acid metabolism and utilisation. Combined with sulfadiazine, methotrexate has synergistic effect.
Effect and Use	Sulfonamide antibacterial drug. It is used for the treatment of haemorrhagic disease, erythroderma, enteritis, rotting skin disease and other diseases caused by Aeromonas, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio eelensis in grass carp, silver carp, perch, grouper and so on.
Usage and dosage	Calculated with this product. Mixed bait feeding: one dose, every 1kg body weight, 0.3g fish, double the first dose. It is used twice a day ,3-5days consecutive.
Untoward effect	The administration of the drug to weak and young fish may cause damage to the liver, kidneys, haematological system and the functioning of the immune system.
