Drug interaction |
(1) Antagonistic effect on the effect of lincomycin, should not be used together.
(2)The combination of β-lactams and this product (as a bacteriostatic agent) can interfere with the bactericidal efficacy of the former, and the two should not be used together for diseases that require rapid bactericidal effects.

Pharmacological actions | Tylvalosin Tartrate belongs to the macrolide class of animal-specific antibiotics, which inhibits the synthesis of bacterial proteins and thus the reproduction of bacteria. Its antibacterial spectrum is close to that of tylosin, such as strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin-resistant strains), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Bacillus anthracis, filamentous bacillus of swine, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium perfringens, and Clostridium aerogenes. It is effective against Gram-positive bacteria that are resistant to other antibiotics, but hardly works against Gram-negative bacteria, and has strong antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma septicum and Mycoplasma synoviae. Bacteria do not easily develop resistance to this product. |
