Drug interaction | Pharmacodynamics:Cefoquine oxime is the fourth generation of cephalosporin antibiotic. It achieves a bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of cell walls, with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and stabilization against β -lactamase. In vitro bacteriostatic tests showed that cefoxixime was susceptible to common Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Pasterella, Proteus, Salmonella, Serratia marcescens, Haemophilus bovis, Actina pyogenes, bacteria, Corynebacterium, Bacillus, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Bacteroids, Clostridium, Fusobacterium, Prevotella, Actinobacillus, and Dantanonas salcis. Pharmacokinetics:The intramuscular injection of cefquixime 2mg per 1kg body weight reached a peak blood concentration after 0.4 hours with a peak concentration of 5.93 μg/ml, an elimination half-life of about 1.4 hours and the area under the curve of 12.34 μ gh / ml. |
