(1) With monensin, salomycin, methylsalomycin and other polyether antibiotics used together, can affect the metabolism of the above polyether antibiotics, causing slow growth, movement disorders, paralysis, and even death of chickens. (2) Combined with other antibiotics that can bind to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes (such as macrolide antibiotics, lincomycin), due to competition for the same action site, may lead to reduced efficacy. |
